Fr. Nektarios Morrow converted to the Orthodox Faith over 30 years ago. After seminary, he served as Archbishop Demetrios's deacon for several years, and then served as National Communications Director for the Greek Archdiocese of America.
He returned to his native Texas in 2004, having grown up in Bosque County, and completed a doctorate at Baylor University. Currently, he is the Dean of the College of Liberal and Fine Arts at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX.
By the grace of God, he has established St. Stephen Orthodox Mission in Stephenville. He also serves twice a month at Holy Cross parish in Wichita Falls, TX, and twice a month here at Assumption parish in San Angelo, TX.
